All our products require 3–5 business days handling time, so overnight delivery is not possible for most orders.
However, if you need something urgently, please check our Clearance collection. All items in this collection are ready to ship and can be sent with Express Shipping.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times depend on your country. New Zealand orders usually arrive within 8–12 business days, while orders to the USA, Canada and Europe typically take 12–20 business days.
All of our shoes are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return & Exchange
You can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order without any restocking or exchange fees.
