We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases at OtherWorld Shoes!
Exchange & Refund
- If your shoes don't fit well, we are happy to exchange them with a bigger or smaller size without any hesitation. (You only need to contact us and send your shoes back to us in their box, from there we will send you a different size without any extra charge.)
- If you are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return within 14 days and provide you with a store credit or exchange.
- If your product is damaged, or there is a manufacturer fault, please contact us and we will accept the return and either replace or refund your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Please contact us before returning your shoes to confirm details.
- You must send back your shoes unworn in the original box within 14 days after delivery.
- Please keep the item clean from dirt, animal fur, makeup stains, and cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- For change of mind returns, we can provide you with an exchange or a store credit for the full value of your item. This credit does not expire, and can be used on any item in our store.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Cancellation Policy
- You must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellation.
- For Afterpay or ZipPay purchases, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied. We strive to accommodate our customers while also managing the logistics involved in processing orders.
- No cancellation fee applies for Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal purchases.
