We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases at OtherWorld Shoes!

Exchange & Refund

  • If your shoes don't fit well, we are happy to exchange them with a bigger or smaller size without any hesitation. (You only need to contact us and send your shoes back to us in their box, from there we will send you a different size without any extra charge.)
  • If you are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return within 14 days and provide you with a store credit or exchange. 
  • If your product is damaged, or there is a manufacturer fault, please contact us and we will accept the return and either replace or refund your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please contact us before returning your shoes to confirm details.
  • You must send back your shoes unworn in the original box within 14 days after delivery.
  • Please keep the item clean from dirt, animal fur, makeup stains, and cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
  • For change of mind returns, we can provide you with an exchange or a store credit for the full value of your item. This credit does not expire, and can be used on any item in our store. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. 

Cancellation Policy

    We understand that circumstances may change, and if you wish to cancel your order before shipping:
    • You must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for cancellation.
    • For Afterpay or ZipPay purchases, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied. We strive to accommodate our customers while also managing the logistics involved in processing orders.
    • No cancellation fee applies for Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal purchases.
